Steel tubes for precision applications

We are manufacturing seamless precision tubes according to the European standard EN 10305-1. Steel grades for seamless tubes in compliance with EN 10305-1 include: E235, E255, E355, C45E, 25CrMo4, and 42CrMo4.

However, upon agreement, we are ready to manufacture tubes in grades not specified in the EN 10305-1, which are: C10E, C15E, 16MnCr5, 34CrMo4, 41Cr4.

We are manufacturing welded precision tubes according to the European standard EN 10305-2. Steel grades for welded tubes in compliance with EN 10305-2 include: E155, E195, E235, E275, E355.

Delivery condition:

● +C (Cold drawn / hard)

● +LC (Cold drawn / soft)

● +A (Annealed)

● +N (Normalised)

Delivery condition specifies contracting authority.

Custom dimensions not listed in the production program can be manufactured upon mutual agreement.

In terms of precision tubes, we also manufacture tubes with non-circular cross sections. For example, tubes with square, rectangular, flat-oval, oval, triangular cross-sections, as well as special profile tubes.

Precision steel tubes for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders

We manufacture tubes for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders according to the European standard EN 10305-4.

Steel grades for seamless tubes in compliance with EN 10305-4 include: E235,E355.

Custom dimensions not listed in the production program can be manufactured upon mutual agreement

Rohrwerk Maxhütte is also capable of manufacturing evaporator tubes for vacuum evaporators used (e.g. for sugar refinery)
