We have implemented a system to ensure the quality of our operation, based on the following axioms:

Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, which is why we have implemented a Quality Management System and an Environmental Management System. The feedback from our customers allows us to set new objectives based on the requirements of the adopted systems.


In addition to the principles described in the mission statement, Rohrwerk Maxhütte is committed to providing and maintaining an integrated management system consisting of: a Quality Management System in accordance with IATF16949/ ISO 9001, an Environmental Management System in accordance with ISO 14001, taking into account relevant stakeholders.


The company's obligation is implemented by:

● Complying with applicable laws, regulations and customer requirements,
● Setting and monitoring measurable quality and environmental targets,

● Waste management in compliance with current environmental legislation,

All employees, in accordance with their duties, are obliged to acknowledge and comply with the Integrated Management System Policy, the Work Regulations, the principles of business responsibility including the ethical principles of anti-corruption and anti-mobbing and the obligation to report irregularities in this respect.
